Our adult fitness center offers small group and large group training, access to a 25 yard heated lap pool, cardio equipment tracking all of your workouts, and specialty classes like Tread N' Shred and TRfleX. Roots Swim School believes that all children should learn the life-saving skill of swimming. As the only facility of its kind in the area, our designated learn to swim pool offers classes for children as young as 6 months old.
